Booking Policies & Procedures Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. ***Need an appointment outside of regular hours? Text to request availability. After-hours bookings are available at an additional cost.*** Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment for future bookings. Late Policy: There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals after 10 minutes may be canceled or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion and may result in a fee. No Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment, only the person receiving the service is allowed in the salon. Children: No children are allowed unless being serviced. Please plan accordingly.
